7 night retreats either
Sunday – Sunday
or
Saturday – Saturday

Accommodations are at Baliville, a small community in an environmentally protected jungle reserve one mile from the town of Sayulita.  The homes are antique wooden homes imported from Indonesia.

Include:

  • 1 Day excursion to Punta Mita area including lunch
  • 1 Day excursion to San Sebastian area, including lunch
  • 1 Overnight excursion to San Blas area, with accommodations at the Hotel Garza Cananela, including lunch and dinner in local restaurants
  • 1 Day excursion to the Military Macaw Conservation site on the Bay of Banderas
  • 1 Anthropological lecture on the Huichol Indian culture by an anthopologist that has studied the culture for 20years
  • 5 Breakfasts at Baliville
  • 4 Evening meals at Baliville, with lectures on local birds
  • 2 Free evenings with transportation to and from the town of Sayulita

Arrival Evening

7:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Tour of Punta Mita area with birding expert
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Lunch at Punta Mita
Return to Baliville

Group dinner at Bali House
  • includes lecture on a native bird
  
Day 2

Meet at Bali House for light breakfast
7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Excursion to San Sebastian with birding expert

Day 3
